Reservation Policy
Check-In: Starting at 2:00 PM
Check-Out: At 11:00 Noon.
Guests checking-out after this time are subject to
charge, $10.00 per hour.
Guests in room:
Additional persons to the amount established are subject
to extra charge,
$20.00 per day. The Beach Club reserves the right of
admission of extra persons
according to the maximum occupancy permitted for each
room type.
Rate
The rate established on this confirmation is based on
room type accommodation and number
of guests in room using existing bedding.
Methods of Payment: Cash, traveler checks, Visa, Master
Card, American Express and ATH. Personal Checks are not
accepted. A deposit will be required at the time of the
reservation to
guarantee incidental charges.
The deposit is for the studio $150.00,
(1) one bedroom apartment $200.00
(2) two bedrooms apartment $300.00.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made with at least 3 days prior to
the arrival date for full refund of the
deposit.

All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
All rates are subject to a 9%
government tax. Certain holiday dates require a minimum
stay. If an early
departure may occur before the date established in the
reservation the money is
